Our Team

Principal Investigator

Ray received his Ph.D. from the University of Florida and held tenure-track faculty positions at Berry College and Utah State University before arriving at WVU in 2023. He is currently an Assistant Professor of Psychology at WVU in the Behavior Analysis program area.

Graduate Students

Amina received both her BS in Psychology and BS in Biology from West Virginia University in 2023. Her research interests include rapport building, contingency management in classrooms, and teacher training. Amina is a third-year student in the Joslyn Lab.

Ciara Rodriguez, B.A.

Ciara received her BA in psychology from Centenary University in 2024. Her research interests include preventing the school to prison pipeline, juvenile delinquency, and group contingencies in educational settings. Ciara is a second-year student in the Joslyn Lab, and is a Swiger Fellow in the WVU Department of Psychology.

Samantha Moon, B.S.

Samantha received her BS in psychology with a certificate in behavior analysis from WVU in 2025. Her research interests include interviewer behavior, crime and delinquency intervention, and safety behaviors. Samantha is a first-year PhD student in the Joslyn Lab, and is a recipient of the Hazel Ruby McQuain Graduate Scholarship.

Ryleigh Rosta, B.S.

Ryleigh received her BS in psychology with a minor in forensic & investigative science from West Virginia University in 2024. Her current research interests include interviewer behavior and medical demand exposure specifically in populations of children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Ryleigh is a first-year Ph.D. student in the Joslyn Lab.
